To say I’m a glasses snob would be a gross understatement. I’m the same way with almost everything, clothes, food, drink, music etc. I use to wear Rayban until their QC was traded for volume sales. Afterwards, I was exclusively a Persol guy until they got bought out by the glasses mafia, Luxottica and of course, their QC also disappeared for the sake volume sales. I then went to Dolce and Gabbana glasses, that I still have although they’re not exactly to my liking, they’ll do. Seems like I’ve been looking for a pair of frames that are Magically Badass plus, superior quality plus, and personality enhancing for over 40 years now. Then, I came across these IVI Jiving glasses by sheer luck, online (while I wasn’t even looking for glasses). I was impressed enough with the style and information provided to purchase a pair on a whim and gut instinct. I have to say that these are not only the best looking glasses I’ve ever seen but they also fit like they’re custom made for me and the quality is second to none (A seven barrel hinge!? Really!?, who does that!? no one else in the industry that I know of.) But here’s the kicker; I’ve been in the Customer Service business for over 50 years so I’m hypersensitive about this and especially in this day and age where it’s pretty much an endangered species. I had an issue with my glasses that was personal but I decided to reach out to IVI anyway, just to see if they might help me anyway. So, I emailed them. My email was answered within minutes and their response was far beyond what my overactive imagination could have possibly hoped for. For sure, I will never buy another pair of glasses from anyone else again. The only thing I don’t understand is why more famous entertainers in the movie and music industry don’t ware these totally Wicked glasses chock full of Magical Baddassery and Superior Quality. I only wish I could’ve given more stars than were available as IVI Thoroughly ROCKS on every level and by degrees.

I’m very particular about my clothing and accessories but even more so about my glasses. Because of my professions, I have to present an immediate and not so subtle sense of unique, stylish intimidation while superior quality reigns supreme. I’ve been on a quest for these glasses my entire adult life. Rayban, not so great having sacrificed quality for increased volume sales. Persol, after Luxottica bought them out so many years back, same as Rayban, sacrificed quality for volume sales. Dolce and Gabbana, I like the ones I have but are they “it!”?, not really. I saw these Jiving Tortious glasses by IVI by accident (luckily) on the internet while searching for something else. Instinctually, I kept going back to them as they intrigued me to no end. I have never been so psyched about a pair of glasses as I am about these IVI’s. They look and fit phenomenally, as I’ve never had anything like this, so above and beyond my wildest expectations. And the quality is by far, second to none. I’ve never seen a 7 barrel hinge before this (who the hell does this)! And then, later on, l I had some specific needs unique to my personal situation. I chose to reach out to customer service just in case they might consider my request although knowing all along it was a long shot at best. My email was answered literally, within minutes. Their response was far beyond even my overactive imagination could have ever hoped for. I’ve been in “customer service” related businesses my entire life so I’m hyper sensitive to customer service situations. Especially in this day and age where customer service has gone along with common sense, manners, values and standards to the top of the endangered species list. These Glasses Rock as do the couple behind this company. So much so, that for the life of me I cannot understand why Hollywood and the Music Industry have not embraced these Wickedly Fabulous and Magically full of Badassery. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I’d give them 20 stars if I could because in the end good business is based solely upon relationships. And this one, is Golden.
